We allocate physical machine resources by plan, set up a dedicated public egress IP and encrypted tunnel, and verify the route.

Deploy and calibrate the node

We finish the Docker and Pi Node setup, time synchronisation, process supervision and log policy - the ledger starts syncing.

You receive the node status, connection details and monitoring entry. From then on we watch it 24/7 and recover failures within minutes.

Common questions before ordering

How is hosting different from running a node at home?

Running it yourself means a machine that stays on year-round, a stable exit line and constant maintenance. We provide datacenter-grade hosts with dedicated exit IPs, plus auto-restart, monitoring alerts, time sync and log cleanup — outages are recovered within minutes.

Does each node get its own exit IP?

Yes. Every node uses its own tunnel and its own public exit, which avoids same-origin detection and softens the impact of a single network failure.

What happens if my node goes offline?

Containers and node processes are checked every 120 seconds; anything abnormal is relaunched automatically and logged. Line or host-level failures are handled by our team.

Can I change or stop my plan at any time?

Yes. Billing can be weekly, monthly, quarterly or yearly; you can renew or switch tiers before expiry, and contact support to stop hosting and release the server.

How soon can I use it after ordering?

Deployment normally completes the same day; if a new host or a different exit is required it can take up to 24 hours, and we keep you updated.

How is the member discount calculated?

Register as a member and sign in before ordering to get 10% off automatically at checkout, no coupon code needed. The order shows both the original price and the member price.

Which payment methods are supported?

Balance payment, Alipay and WeChat Pay are supported. Orders are processed immediately after payment and the connection details are issued right away, with no manual confirmation needed.

What is the refund policy?

We offer a 3-day no-reason refund. If you are not satisfied within 3 days of activation, just contact support to request one and the payment is returned via the original method.

About Pi Network

Pi Network is a mobile-first digital currency project started in March 2019 by a Stanford team, and its Mainnet entered the open phase in February 2025. Here are the nine things new users ask about most.

What is Pi Network

Started in March 2019 by Stanford PhDs Nicolas Kokkalis and Chengdiao Fan. The goal is simple: let ordinary people take part in a digital currency with just a phone, with no mining rig and no huge power bill.

Stellar Consensus Protocol (SCP)

Pi uses the Stellar Consensus Protocol built on Federated Byzantine Agreement (FBA): nodes reach agreement through trusted quorum relationships rather than competing on hash power, so it uses very little energy and runs on phones and ordinary PCs.

Security Circle

Every Pioneer vouches for 3-5 people they trust, weaving a global trust graph. This is what sets Pi apart from other blockchains: trust, not hash power, is the foundation of security.

The four roles

Pioneer: checks in daily to confirm you are active; Contributor: builds the security circle; Ambassador: invites new users; Node: runs the node software on a computer to take part in the ledger and consensus.

Supply and allocation

Total supply is capped at 100 billion Pi: 80% goes to the community (mining rewards, liquidity reserve and ecosystem building) and 20% to the Core Team. The mining rate decreases as the network grows, so earlier participants earn at a higher rate.

Mainnet progress

The December 2021 whitepaper added the token model and roadmap; on 20 February 2025 Pi entered Open Mainnet, which allows trading on external exchanges and lets developers build apps.

KYC and Mainnet migration

You must complete KYC verification before mined balances can be migrated to your Mainnet wallet. Migration runs in stages: the first migration, the second migration, and then regular periodic migrations.

What node rewards depend on

Node rewards are tied directly to uptime, whether the ports are open and reachable, and available CPU resources - the more stable, longer-running and better-connected the node is, the higher its reward potential. This is exactly what hosting has to protect.

Ecosystem and utility

After Open Mainnet, Pi can be used for payments and apps (dApps) inside the ecosystem and traded on supporting exchanges; its long-term value depends on real usage and circulation.
